I put an order in on Mar 24, 2026, received it on April 25th. In the order was a custom sign for a customer. She order 3 with the name Charlestown RI. When the signs came in the sales associated put them in a box for the customer. When the customer came in to pick May 24 or so, she said it was spelled wrong. When I check my order I realized I sent it in correct. I notified Carlson and they will not refund my order or replace, but give me a 3 signs on my next order, really! Not good CS.

Gail, I did reach out to Faire on your behalf to see what we could do. I was informed that you were not seeing a return option on our end because it was past the 60 day return window. You indicated that you did not want a replacement as the customer had moved on since there was a spelling error. Since Faire could not issue a refund, I offered to send three signs of your choice free of charge and rather than responding to me and letting me know if this would be acceptable, you chose to leave a one star review.
