These almond-stuffed manzanilla olives are grown and cured in small batches in Spain's Seville region. They represent a real delicacy; these olives are carefully selected, stuffed with almonds, and packed in a mild brine, so the salt does not overwhelm the pure olive flavor. Artisans carefully stuff a whole Largueta almond into each olive, creating a well-balanced crunchy texture and nutty flavor These olives are great in salads, hors-d’oeuvres, and cocktails.
