I have never had so many issues with an order before. Several damaged products and totally missing items. Of course everything was made right but some simple packaging changes could have made all of this avoidable. If you are shipping fragile items long distance, the items in the box have to be tight and not move.

**Since my initial review, CTW kindly reached out and explained what happened with shipping on our first order. Knowing that is resolved for the future - I can honestly say the products alone are worth a five star review. We will be ordering again! First, I was shocked at the cost of shipping. Very high. Then order was stuck on 'processing' two weeks after I placed my order. Contacted vendor and they quickly responded.
