This sauce has been described as tangy, herby, and slightly sweet. It packs a powerful punch and you'll find a little goes a long way (in fact, one of my favorite simple ways to use this is as a very thin schmear on a piece of toast with some melted brie on top!). It has a slightly thick viscosity and works great on its own as a "topper" after the foods are already cooked or as a dipping sauce.
