Pyrenees Postcard – Vintage Skiing, Pyrenean Chamois and Snow-Capped Peaks I wanted to pay tribute to the winter Pyrenees through their strongest symbols: the snow-covered Pic du Midi d’Ossau, of course, but also the isard, that discreet and emblematic animal of our mountains that hikers and skiers sometimes spot around a couloir, and those old wooden skis that evoke our Pyrenean ski resorts.
