Use it to craft classic mochi, mochi balls, daifuku, or incorporate it into creative desserts and beverages. Content: 1KG Ratio > 1 : 5 : 0.20 (mochi powder : milk : syrup) Preparation: First, place the rice mochi powder, milk, and syrup into a bowl. Mix well until smooth, then strain the mixture. Pour it into a pot and cook over medium heat until thick and sticky (about 4–5 minutes). Transfer to a container and let it cool. Note: Avoid overcooking, as the mixture may become too firm. Stir continuously while cooking, and use medium heat (do not use high heat). Storage conditions: Store away from heat and direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
