The I am a cancer survivor angel pin is layered in a 14kt gold finish and is in the shape of a heart which has the words boldly written "i am a survivor" with the cancer awareness ribbon below. Around the heart has hand-painted epoxy stones that match the color used in ribbons for cancer.
