This exfoliating cloth is hand-woven in Central Mexico from the fibers of the agave plant using a technique that dates back thousands of years. Lather with your favorite soap cube and massage over your skin for gentle exfoliation and skin invigoration. Ayates are: - compostable - long-lasting - gently exfoliating - mold + mildew resistant - a great natural alternative to loofahs Your ayate will be delivered in its loom state. The weave will tighten and the fibers will soften and expand when wet. Hang to dry after use.
