Truly the worst experience we have had with a vendor in 35 years! They do not respond in a timely manner with continued excuses. Shipped the wrong items and said they would send day air the products..which then took over 8 days. UPS claims they create shipping labels but don't actually take to ship for days to weeks after. Sadly we did not receive any support or consideration from this vendor. BUYER BEWARE!
