This vintage book cover notebook is bound with a soft cover, with 48 pages of lined, fountain pen friendly paper that's acid-free for archival quality. The inner cover features marbled end papers and a bookplate, and the history of the book cover is displayed on the back cover. This vintage notebook's design is based on the cover of an edition of AESOP'S FABLES, which was illustrated by Ernest Griset and published in 1880 by Cassell and Company, London. This blue color was apparently a variation for this edition, as the same design also existed in brown. This product was custom designed and created at our location in Seattle.
