•Two items in my order were arbitrarily cancelled with absolutely no communication from brand that I would not be receiving the items. If I had known, I would have cancelled the entire order. •Very slow fulfillment…over 3 weeks to receive 6 mugs. •Poor packaging! Two mugs arrived broken due to inside box (separate from shipping box) not taped shut!! Upon opening shipping box, the mugs were spilling from the box. Totally surprised that only two out of 6 were broken. •Won’t order again
