Contacted company about rotten product and extremely short-dated on the products we received and they ignored us. We do not recommend this company to anybody. We place a lot of orders on Faire and have never had a problem like this.

On June 25th I purchased 3 different items from this company. Chorizo slices, a pepperoni & summer sausage bundle and a party pack of 3 different types of salami. 1 item I received, 1 was cancelled with no explanation and the other says it is shipping on July 2nd, its now the 20th. I asked for the order to be cancelled and was denied and their customer service has not given me a time frame, reason or anything aside from "we don't have it" and no cancellation. I absolutely do not recommend
