Novel Proteins: We never use chicken or beef which are both top allergens and cancer causing ingredients for dogs. Wagleaf uses proteins such as duck, elk, rabbit, venison, lamb and trout. These are less likely to be mass produced, therefore cleaner and leaner. Novel proteins are healthier options, being more sensitive on the stomach and helping with skin, mood and energy. Prime Cuts: Wagleaf only uses prime cuts and whole animal meat ingredients. Never ground meats which are among the lowest quality and cheapest parts available.
