Suitable for All Skin Types How To Use: * Use as cleansing grains: Mix 1-2 teaspoons of colloidal oats with enough water, raw honey, or Apoterra cleanser to form a paste. Apply to damp skin, massaging gently in circular motions for 1-2 minutes. Rinse off with warm water or remove with a damp cloth. * Use as a Soothing Mask: Combine 1-2 tablespoons of colloidal oats with enough raw honey, Rose Mist, or Vitamin C Balm to form a smooth paste. Apply a generous layer to clean, dry skin. Leave on for 15-20 minutes.
