Our maple sugar is made only from Organic certified pure Vermont maple syrup, nothing else. You boil the maple syrup until virtually all of the liquid is evaporated, then you quickly stir to crystalize. Maple Sugar is a Healthy, Low Glycemic Index Sweetener.
