Very responsive, loved our products and looking forward to seeing response for Mother's Day! ...update on the cookie stamps - they're too fragile to be practical. 4 we're damaged in shipping, quickly replaced (though one of the replacements was also broken which I ignored) but light handling and the stamp breaks away from the handle, even before they're purchased. cute idea, don't love how the product is executed.
