Tagines serve as both the cooking vessel and serving dish, allowing food to carmelize while cooking to stay warm for longer when serving. Each of our tagines is handmade out of terracotta and finished with lead-free glaze, and include recipes and care instructions. Moroccan tradition is to gather around and eat communally from the tagine.
