Product sells extremely well and is great quality. The customer service is non existent. I’ve messaged multiple times with questions and have never received a response. I called and still could not get help. Finally had to have Faire customer support try to reach them. In time they did reply to Faire. But still can’t get replies directly from them with questions. My orders would be much larger if they would only reach out. Extremely frustrating.
