Each features a party hat and a pom pom. They sell out at every market I set up at. D E T A I L S 1-3 inches tall x 1.5-3 inches wide (exact size varies as each is unique!) Priced per item - retail for a suggested $30 each P R O D U C T I O N T I M E Please allow 6-12 weeks for production.
