Ken Mitchroney is the former mascot artist for the Oakland Athletics, Baltimore Orioles and other national-level professional sports teams. With the departure of the Oakland Athletics, Ken offered his support to the new Oakland Ballers. Ken has a distinguished career in motion picture and television animation as well as comic books, having worked for such major motion picture studios as Warner Brothers, Pixar and Disney. His love of the game began on the Little League sandlots and has never wavered. He’s been involved in baseball one way or the other all his life. He fell in love with the Ballers at their founding and said he wants to continue to support baseball in Oakland. “I’m looking forward to playing with my new pal, Scrappy, and being part of our Oakland Ballers."
