Het simpele idee: natuurlijke ingrediënten gebruiken om zonder veel gedoe een smaakvolle drank te maken. De resultaten waren een enorme hit en het concept voor Heirloom Bottling Co. werd geboren. Oprichter Brad Zulick verhuisde in 2014 naar St. Louis vanuit Madison, Wisconsin, met zijn vrouw, Emily, en hun Golden Retriever, Griff. Hij heeft jarenlange ervaring als barman, thuisbrouwer en cocktailliefhebber.
