Our sausage is prepared from wild deer meat, taken from the vast natural areas of France. Deer is a lean and healthy meat that is considered “light” because it is 25 times less fatty than beef. It is rich in potassium, ferric and phosphorus. Each sausage is handmade, with particular attention to detail. We attach great importance to the quality of our products. Wild deer are selected with rigor, and each stage of production is meticulously controlled to guarantee excellent sausage.
