I would do less than 1 star if I could. They charged me for forty bags of turtles they insisted we had received. I got credit applied through Faire since we didn't have them and they (Pagdee) re-charged us for the missing merchandise at a later date- and Faire closed the window so there's nothing I can do. Don't order from them, they won't make any mistakes right for you.
