I placed an order on May 25th and was given June 19th as the shipping date. After this date passed, I received no news from the brand. I had to inquire myself and received a polite response, but after a long time. In the end, the package was shipped 3 weeks late and only part of the goods was delivered to me. The owner was still kind and helpful, and the product is very nice.

I love these market totes for my clients. They are a nice size--seem spacious but not too big. Love the colorful handles. Colors are as they appear online. The gray color is a little bit of a muted blue/green grey (it's awesome). The color options are fantastic. Thank you!
