Live, sun-tolerant Bryum caespiticium is also called Sun or Bryum Moss. This moss forms compact, cushiony tufts that knit into dense, bright-green mats with fine texture and strong visual impact. This live moss is perfect between pavers and flagstones, for sunny garden accents, green roofs, terrariums/vivariums, bonsai bases, and display work where resilience and fast recovery matter. Adapts to a range of substrates; performs best with consistent moisture. In high sun or drought it may bronze, then green up again when watered.
