As a bartender I carefully choose each ingredient for my drinks, always looking for the natural and unique taste. My goal is to serve the drinks without artificial ingredients. That is how came the idea of MARTINELLI BITTER creation. MARTINELLI BITTER is made with wine from the greatest wine-producing area called Palatinate. burgundy wine added with neutral alcohol and aged in barrique barrels for 36 months then macerated with the raw materials for 30 days. Handcrafted with gentian, bitter herbs, and other secret spices which make the bitter so individual. Behind every great product, is a true story.
