Unfortunately, 2 reminders were received from this company, although, as usual, the amount was debited directly via Faire many weeks ago. After the 1st reminder and my intervention, they responded with an apology; but after the 2nd reminder with urging, reminder fee, etc., I am annoyed because I have significantly better things to do than waste my time with such things. Not another business partner for me.
