OPERA N°2 - ORIGINAL VENEZIANA IN VENDITA ALL'INGROSSO

Own VENEZIANA ingredients: mother yeast, wheat flour, water, salt, fresh pasteurized egg yolk, sugar, candied orange peel, vanilla pods. almonds melted with sugar and white eggs makes a crumble on top. Slow rising over 60h. Upside down drying for 48h before packaging. Keep the place cool and dry, avoid humidity and excessive sources of heat. The product is natural and does not contain additives or other consrvanti. The expiry date is present in the package but as it is natural it does not exceed 4 months of shelf life.
