The Negroni Sbagliato was born in Milan between the end of the 60s and the beginning of the 70's, in the Basso bar, historical bar of the neighborhood still still in vogue today. It was invented by a local local bartender: it seems that during the preparation of a classic Negroni, he confused the bottle of gin with the bottle of Prosecco. The taste at the end was not bad and from that day it landed in every cocktail bars.
