waited 4 days for processing and when I they finally shipped my order half my order was out of stock so instead of contacting my about my order they shipped it out and I was allowed to cancel it. I still had to pay full shipping charges and now I had to place an order with another company for hats and had to pay shipping as well. very inconvenient and waste of money
