Please note that this is common and expected with all-natural waxes without additives. Candle with care Trim your wick to at least 5mm. Burn your candle on an appropriate flat, heat-resistant surface in a draft-free area away from pets, children, and flammable material. Candles create a memory so it's important to allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges when lighting a candle for the first time. If you don't allow the wax to pool on the first burn, it will begin to tunnel.
