Please don't skimp on the shipping packaging, better to use an extra layer of bubble wrap than too little. I reuse it for shipping to the end customer, so there's no material waste. Unfortunately, two dog bowls were broken in the first delivery. The complaint process worked flawlessly. Guido and his team responded quickly and increased the padding in the second delivery. Unfortunately, parcel services are not always very careful, so no blame there. Therefore, there are 5 stars to give. I will definitely order again.
