Whole wheat pasta is made with the best durum wheat grown and milled in Italy. The traditional processing method and drying at a controlled temperature make the pasta rough and porous, which perfectly absorbs any condiment and keeps cooking very well. Lasagna, which does not contain eggs in the recipe, can be used directly in a pan with liquid sauce and cooked in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. They can also be boiled beforehand in plenty of salted water (100g per liter) for 10-11 minutes.
