Originally from Molise, this artisanal pasta shape, elongated with a hollow inside, is very popular in southern Italy. The traditional recipe pairs them with a meat ragù or with broccoli and sausage. They also go very well with "white ragù with Porcini" and "white sauce with Sausage" from Rustichella d’Abruzzo.
