The Iberian Bellota Ham Slices from La Chinata come from Iberian breed pigs raised and fed exclusively on acorns and natural herbs from the Dehesa Extremeña. These pigs are raised in a free-range system on the lands of the Dehesa Extremeña and are fed with acorns during the montanera season. The Dehesa Extremeña produces a large quantity of quality acorns, allowing the pigs to move freely and feed exceptionally well in an ideal climate for their development.
