It is also found in Germanic mythology, and closer to home it is associated with the sacred acts of the Druids, a source of courage for the Celts and of immortality for the Franks. In Northern Europe, a custom required newlyweds to drink only mead within 30 days of the union: the honeymoon. For its preparation, this mythical alcohol requires the combination of three main ingredients to guarantee the quality of aromas and flavors: honey, water and yeast. We recommend that you serve it very fresh, as an aperitif or at the end of a meal to accompany the dessert. Drinking temperature: 6 to 8°.
