It is my one and only product being GLUTEN FREE. Yes! It took me a lot of hard work to get there. It is composed mainly of tofu. Again with my favorite tofu, the one from Locadelice. Then there is Kappa Carrageenan, which is a vegetable gelling agent that has the property of melting when cooked. Without this ingredient, you wouldn't be able to get close to the melt-in-your-mouth texture of prosciutto di Parma. As for nutritional values, I won't hide from you that it's my product with the least protein, the most salt and fat but it's also my most delicious. Sometimes you just have to treat yourself, especially if it's consumed in small quantities (or like me, in excess 😝). Now you can top your pizzas with faux-ciutto, your pasta and your toasts too. Your melons will never be served alone again and your charcuterie platters will look amazing! ♡
