Pack of 500 g of 100% Italian wheat fusillonii, bronze-drawn, with long and gentle drying at a low temperature. Fusillone is our special pasta format, but unique for its proud temperament, flavor and consistency and that will enhance any culinary creation. The artisanal nature of pasta does not allow us to define a unique cooking time. It is advisable to immerse each kg of pasta in at least 10 liters and check its cooking until you reach the preferred one.
