4cats Scratching Post Cuff - 8 Pieces The cuff itself does not contain any filling but allows the attachment of various toys to a scratching post such as teasers and catnip toys (as shown in the product photos). A Velcro strip holds the cuff firmly against the scratching post but opens when the cuff is pulled excessivley hard to reduce the risk of injury. Like all of our products, this cuff is manufactured and packaged in Germany to the Oeko-Tex-100 Standard. The cuff will fit posts between 8 and 12 cms diameter and a minimum of 13 cms high.
