Contains 12 skulls per bag They are packaged in polypropylene bags so that the bags don't suck out the fragrance of your melts. Please note the wax melts are not sent in the packages they are meant to be sold in. They are shipped in really big bags and then once they get to you, they will need 12 skulls put into the little bags. I don't love the fact they aren't ready to sell once you get them and that you have to do some of the work yourself however, this is the only way not to have wax smeared packaging on your shelves, as they do smear the bags during shipping. I will include a picture of the bigger bags they are shipped in and the bags your meant to put the 12 skulls into.
