I expressed an opinion on the disappointment with the quality of the materials, not the models, and I received a rather surprising response from Aline, which I find not very appropriate. While it is clearly stated that it is possible to return merchandise that does not meet our expectations. It is, to say the least, anti-commercial. No other supplier on the platform has behaved this way. Regards

Poor quality of the bags and especially the padding is put in bags that stand well on their own, and in those that would need padding, there is nothing, so the bags arrive with lots of marks, which does not look professional at all to sell bags like that.
