Our whole chestnuts are harvested at the gates of the Ardèche Cevennes, in the Monts d'Ardèche regional natural park (classified Natura 2000) in a traditional chestnut grove that is centuries-old. They come from a variety of chestnuts traditional in the Cevennes and with fine and sweet flesh, the “Petite Pourette”. In this way, we value producers and Ardèche know-how.
