VINIFICATION Traditional vinification with aging in stainless steel tanks for one part and large wooden vats for the other part. TASTING Deep black cherry color. Intense and complex nose with fruit (cherry, blackcurrant) and spices. Smooth and velvety palate with ripe fruits, vanilla, licorice. Great persistence on the palate.
