How to Use: * In a sterile environment, inject 4–5cc of your favorite spores or 5–10cc of liquid culture into the grain section through the black self-healing port. * Incubate in a warm space (72–76°F). A heat mat or space heater may be used as needed. * Once the grain is 50%–75% colonized, break and shake the bag to redistribute the mycelium. * Let the bag re-colonize for 10–14 days. * Expose the bag to light for at least 12 hours per day. * Cut the top off and mist the inside walls once daily.
