An accurate selection of pomace is distilled in a bain-marie using a discontinuous steam method. It is then refined in small almond wood barrels in a secluded, light-free environment. During refinement, the wood slowly imparts its aromas to the distillate, giving it a precious roundness. Golden in color, very warm, it releases a broad, enveloping fragrance with great personality. It combines the notes of almond wood, which come from the slow maturation in barrels, with the aromas of autumn fruit and amaretto. The months of aging give roundness to the taste. Rich in aromatic complexity, it is very smooth on the palate with hints that evolve towards autumn fruit, with sweet final notes of amaretto. Serving temperature 16/18°C Aging 18 MONTHS
