An amazing and very aromatic coffee that delivers fruity notes of tomato, pineapple, rhubarb, and chocolate. Best enjoyed using a gentle method to fully unlock its potential. The "Coffee Rusiga Sector" Cooperative (KCRS) is composed exclusively of women who cultivate small plots around 2000 meters in altitude, where coffee plants grow alongside vegetables, beans, or sweet potatoes. This diversity allows for income distribution throughout the year while producing food for the daily consumption of local communities. The cooperative is an offshoot of "A new beginning," a charity founded by Jacqueline Turner following the 1994 genocide to support the resettlement of widows and orphaned refugees in the north of the country.
