After using the Pitalito in Goodfoot and Volta for a long time, we have now decided to also offer it as medium roasted filter coffee. So we roast it a little bit darker than our other microlots and the acidity is also a bit more reduced. The flavor profile is classic Colombian with lots of sweetness and a very nice balance.
