I love the unique, more gothic items they offer for my alternative shop. Some items are really nice quality, others are very fragile and unfortunately didn't survive the trip to Belgium. I made a claim and got refunded without any problems. Some boxes appear used/damaged but I'm not sure if that's from the trip as well. It's not a big effort to put them in other packaging. Overall I'm happy with the price-quality they offer. Will definitely order again!
