It is the ideal condiment for all types of preserves, potatoes and olives. We have been manufacturing it since 1960 with the same recipe: a unique, exclusive and familiar formula. Espinaler sauce was born as the perfect complement to seafood preserves, potato chips and olives, and today Espinaler consumers confess that they use it for many other things: in salad, in cod quesixada, in fried eggs, in gazpacho, in potato tortilla, in squid a la Romana, in anchovies and even in black vermouth! And so on, a long etcetera. A unique sauce that many have tried to copy, without success, and that has become an icon throughout Catalonia.
