I ordered June 27th and my order was processing for 19 days. I communicated with the seller 2-3 times and was told my order would be getting shipped soon. I had to contact Faire support to actually get my order shipped. Support was told that my order was taking a while to ship out because their smudges needed more time to dry but I only ordered stones, no smudges. When I received my order the box was badly damaged. Of my 8 stones, 6 are sellable. They are sadly not as advertised.

The “opalite” had bubbles and was very clearly just broken glass chunks that didn’t resemble opalite at all. They also sent green aventurine instead of fluorite and have not responded to our message.
